Beijing Rishengda Construction Enterprises Group (hereinafter referred to as Rishengda) was established in 1982 and has been equipped with such qualifications as Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China for Overseas Project Contracting, Class-I National Housing Construction General Contractor, Class-I Contractor of Architecture Fixture, Fitting and Decoration Projects, Grade-A Interior Decoration Designer in China, Class-II Contractor of Gardens and Antique Building Projects, Class-III Steel Structure Contractor, Class-III Contractor of Power Transmission and Transformation Projects, Class-III Contractor of Earthwork and Stone Projects and Class-III General Contractor of Municipal and Public Projects.Rishengda has registered capital of RMB 82m and total assets, RMB 1bn.

Rishengda boasts of a gross annual income of RMB 2bn from its yearly commenced and recovered area of 1.8m m2. It provides services through its more than 500 senior and medium-grade engineering and technical managers and more than 1,000 large-and-medium-sized machinery, transport and construction equipment with the net value of more than RMB 200m. Under Rishengda, there are 12 departments, 4 offices and 30 branches. Through years' accumulation, Rishengda has obtained solid technical strength and ability to undertake various construction projects.

Rishengde is the owner of a 4-Star Vocation Village on the Mountain in Huairou District, a Training Center of the Group in Vacation Village Style in Mentougou District, 80mu Industrial Park in Chaoyang District and a Steel Structure and Color Board Processing Plant. Up to now, it has built a large scale of series management structures and facilities to support construction and production of members.

1. Olympic projects: fabrication and installation of warm-up stand boards in Bird's Nest; steel structure for the baseball hall of Wukesong Gym;

Rishengda has won the title of 2010 Top 100 Low-carbon Building Constructors in China and passed ISO9001 System Certification, ISO14001 System Certification and OHSAS18001 System Certification.
